Return & Refund Policy / 退货退款政策

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@yitiantiansg.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, final sale products.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
